I was very impressed by Natasha and Susan, they are both very intelligent and accomplished authors/Journalists.   It got me thinking about the extent to which I am a feminist myself...possibly a quasi-feminist?  I take it for granted that women are of equal intelligence to men, but I am not pro-choice.   I think men's lack of rights to their children/potential children is a serious gap in family law.  Anyway, I've bought Natasha's book, and once I've read it, I'll be better informed of where to place myself on the spectrum of feminism!

I highly recommend checking out the Dublin Writers Festival this year.   I myself will (at the very least) be joining acclaimed writers Natasha Walter and Susan McKay for their pressing debate on the return of Sexism.

On a lighter note (!) I will be working at the Bloom Festival this weekend which hosts spectacular show gardens, and Artisan food market.   I'll be interviewing some top chefs and getting advise on my gardening skills....i.e. how to make a garden look presentable with minimal effort!  :-D
